A Message From the Principal

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to a new school year at Newburg Elementary School! On behalf of our faculty and staff, I am excited to welcome you and your family to another year of learning, growth, and connection. As I begin my third year as principal at Newburg, I am grateful to be part of this incredible school community.

The past two years have been a rewarding experience as I connected with families and built strong relationships with students and staff. With 15 years of experience in educational administration, it is an honor to continue serving the children and families of Newburg Elementary. The strong sense of community, dedication to learning, and support for students make this school a very special place.

I look forward to building on the strong foundation established these last two years and to another year filled with learning, joy, and success. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns, or ideas—I truly value your partnership and involvement.

Warm regards,
Melissa Wright

A Message From the Principal

Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

Welcome to Newburg Junior High and High School! I am honored to serve as your principal and excited to begin this new chapter alongside our students, families, staff, and community. From the moment I joined the Newburg team, I have been inspired by the pride, resilience, and support that make our school such a special place.

As we begin the school year, I look forward to working together to create a positive learning environment where every student is challenged, supported, and encouraged to grow. Guided by our district vision of developing readers, writers, thinkers, and problem-solvers prepared for a bright future, we will continue building a school culture where students are empowered to succeed both academically and personally.

Thank you for trusting us with your children. I value the partnership between home and school and encourage you to reach out with any questions, concerns, or ideas. I look forward to a wonderful year of learning, growth, and celebrating the accomplishments of our Wolves.

Go Wolves!
